RANGELEY — The Rangeley Region Guides & Sportsmen’s Association will hear about the ongoing Trout Unlimited-Dartmouth trout research project at its monthly meeting in May.
The group will meet on Thursday, May, 17, at the clubhouse on Old Skiway Road, Oquossoc. The potluck dinner will start at 5:30 p.m.
Robert Piampiano will be the guest speaker, representting the Ammonoosuc Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Piampiano will report on the ongoing project that has been conducted on multiple waters, including the Magalloway River. RRG&SA has made financial contributions to this project, and Piampiano will talk about the results of the club’s “tagged” trout.
