PARIS — The Paris Public Library will celebrate Earth Day month with a “Show and Tell about Your Recyled Creations.”
All ages are welcome2 p.m. Monday, April 16, in the Children’s Room to participate in the event.
What have you made to share and inspire others from recycled items? Something from old T-shirts, old jeans and other clothing, old magazines and newspapers, used boxes, old nuts and bolts, scraps of yarn, used plastic and metal containers, plastic bags, etc?
Show and tell will be followed by an Earth Day story for all ages — “Shelia Says We’re Weird” by Ruth Ann Smally.
There is also a display of Earth Day and Arbor Day books in the Children’s Room.
