Turner town meeting, election dates set

TURNER — The town of Turner is getting ready for its annual municipal elections and town meeting Friday and Saturday, May 18 and 19.
Several seats are open in the town election.

Voters will be electing two selectmen for three-year terms; two members of the MSAD 52 Board of Directors for three-year terms; and three members of the budget committee for three-year terms.
The election will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 18, at the Turner Town Office, 11 Turner Center Road. Absentee ballots are available beginning April 18.
Turner’s Town Meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 19, in the Leavitt Area High School cafeteria, 21 Matthews Way.
