Grant Writing Academy offered at Central Maine Community College

AUBURN –The Center for Workforce & Professional Development at Central Maine Community College, 1250 Turner St., will offer a Grant Writing Academy from 9 a.m. to noon on Fridays April 27, May 4 and May 18.
The seriesseminar is designed for both beginners who seek a thorough overview of the grant-seeking process and for more experienced practitioners who want to build a stronger resource base.

The deadline for registration is April 20.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of project design and prepare effective written proposals. They will also gain an understanding of the steps involved in identifying prospective funding sources and develop a plan of approach to seek support.
