SeniorsPlus April calendar includes a variety of workshops, activities

LEWISTON — The SeniorsPlus Education Center April calendar includes workshops, activities and programs ranging from exercise to crafts to personal care.
Unless stated otherwise, classes are free and located at 8 Falcon Road in Lewiston.

Classes include Safe Driving, the Bates Photo Project for people with early stage dementia and memory challenges, Hearing Health, New to Medicare, ongoing fitness, yoga, and more. There are also regular support and social groups, including Coffee & Comfort, knitting, Caregiver Support and the book club.
Programs are held in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.
