Mitchell promoted to field supervisor at Delta Ambulance

AUGUSTA — Chris Mitchell is the newest field supervisor at Delta Ambulance.

Chris joined Delta in 2014 as a public safety professional with more than 14 years of experience in emergency services, nine as a paramedic. He has extensive training and practice in emergency vehicle operations, incident assessment and management and in providing care to the critically ill in a variety of challenging environments.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, has EMS experience in multiple locations (Maine, New York and Massachusetts) and agency types, including experience as a field training officer/student preceptor and is currently an international trauma life support instructor. In 2015 he earned the Delta’s Clinical Performance Excellence Award.
