SeniorsPlus March calendar has hearing loss workshop, smartphone help

LEWISTON — The Education Center at SeniorsPlus has announced the organization’s March calendar.
A sampling of the upcoming classes include Coping with Hearing Loss, March 1; 1-800 Help Me Tim: Smartphones, March 6; Safe Driving, March 15; Crafting with Corinne for Easter, March 26; and Taste of Hebrew, Thursdays March 29 through May 5.

Ongoing fitness classes and programs include Gentle Chair Yoga, Coffee & Comfort, caregiver support, knitting, and Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body.

Unless stated otherwise, classes are free and located at 8 Falcon Road, which is fully accessible; hearing assistive equipment is available.
