AUBURN – The 150th anniversary of Auburn’s transition from a town to a city will take place in 2019. To celebrate, Auburn Mayor Jason Levesque has appointed Jonathan LaBonté chairman of the committee leading the planning and coordination of city-wide activities.
To kick off the brainstorming and community engagement process, there will be a public meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, in the Community Room at the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St.
