Leavitt Project Graduation to hold paint party ‘FUNdraiser’

SABATTUS — There will be a Paint Party “FUNdraiser” for Leavitt Area High School’s Project Graduation 2018 at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Mixers Nightclub & Lounge, 136 Sabattus Road.
Each guest will be guided step-by-step to create their own masterpiece on an 11 by 14 canvas under the direction of artist Sue Begin with Cre8tive Events. No experience is required, and art materials are included.

Mixers will provide an open kitchen and bar. The cost is only $25 per person. There will also be raffle items during the evening, featuring a pair of Bruins tickets. To register for the event, email Stacie Santomango at mangos15fitz@yahoo.com.
They committee is also looking for donations for its annual Project Graduation auction scheduled for March 31. The goal of Project Graduation is to send the Class of 2018 (128 seniors) to the Alfond Center in Waterville for a chem-free celebration after graduation ceremonies June 10. The all-night event will include swimming, dancing, rock-wall climbing and multiple sport activities organized by G-Force.
There are also plans to hire the ever popular hypnotist/magician David Hall, as well as a full night of great food and door prizes.
