LEWISTON — The Lewiston Police Department is holding a Citizens Police Academy for residents who want an inside look at the day-to-day operations of the department.
The 10-week program, at the department, will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. every Tuesday, beginning Feb. 13 and ending April 17.
“This is a unique opportunity to engage with the department and to be informed on the services we provide, to discuss current issues taking place both within Lewiston, and out, and to ask questions related to law enforcement,” said a news release from the department.
