AUGUSTA — The Kennebec County Soil & Water Conservation District has announced the election of John Branscom of Hallowell to a supervisory position for a three-year term.
Branscom will begin his official duties as one of the five SWCD supervisors Jan. 1.
The election was held Nov. 28, with the current board of supervisors confirming the ballot count at the December supervisor meeting. Branscom has already served for a number of years as an associate supervisor.
