Sydney Royce had 17 points for Rangeley in a recent win in Buckfield. The Lakers (8-2) outscored the Bucks in each quarter, ending with a 57-23 victory.
Rangeley junior Natasha Haley had the game-high 18 points in the Jan. 13 game in Buckfield. The win put the Laker’s record at 8 wins and 2 losses.
Kyle LaRochelle led the Rangeley boys team against Buckfield with 19 points. He was followed by senior Carl Trafton, who scored 11. Adding 8 points was Zach Trafton in the 40-53 loss to the Bucks Jan. 13.
Rangeley junior Zach Trafton contributed 8 points by managing to get to the hoop against a taller Buckfield team. The Jan. 13 game went to the home-court Bucks, 53-40.
