NORWAY — Town officials are reminded residents about the winter parking ordinance, which is in effect until April 15.
Under the ordinance, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. it is unlawful to park any vehicle on any street or road in town for longer than two hours.
When snow removal from any street or road is in progress, it is unlawful to park at all during the hours when the snow removal is ongoing. Offending vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense.
The town is not responsible for mailboxes damaged as a result of snow removal.
