AUBURN — The LA Metro Chamber and Uplift LA will host Business After Hours Tuesday, Dec. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lost Valley Ski Area, 200 Lost Valley Road. There is no cost to attend, but members are asked to bring an unwrapped gift for a child, age 0-18, to add to the gifts the organization will be collecting for local youths as part of the “Stuff the Bus” campaign.
From now until Dec. 12, donations of new toys and clothing, appropriate for children ages 0-18, are being collected and will be distributed by representatives of Advocates for Children, Boys & Girls Club, Tri-County Mental Health Services, Trinity Jubilee, Tedford Housing, Safe Voices and Sandcastle Clinical & Educational Services. These donations within the community, assisting only local families.
