OTISFIELD — The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church will be holding its fourth annual Soup and Chowder Fest from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
Menu will include fish chowders, corn chowder, hardy venison stew, Dutch pea soup, vegetable soup, beef chili and more, accompanied by biscuits and assorted jams, various beverages, cookies and bars. The meal is free, but kind donations are gratefully accepted and will be used to support church-sponsored activities within the local community.
The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church is on Rayville Road in Otisfield, 1 mile from state Route 121. All are welcome to come and escape the winter freeze, sample the homemade culinary treasures and be sure to bring a friend. We hope to see you all there.
