Maine-ly Harmony hosts open house for those who’d like to join

AUGUSTA — Maine-ly Harmony women’s barbershop chorus is inviting women and girls who love to sing to visit the chorus at an open house at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the group’s rehearsal site, the Salvation Army church, 36 Eastern Ave.

Guests will be invited to learn about the barbershop style of singing and try it out with some holiday songs. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the singing.
