GARDINER — The Thomas Snow Quartet, featuring Ken Peplowski, will perform Saturday Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center, 280 Water St. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Maine’s own pianist Tom Snow and a few of his friends from the world of jazz make up the quartet, sharing the stage with jazz giant and NYC-based virtuoso clarinetist Ken Peplowski; acclaimed Boston bassist Marty Ballou; and stalwart favorite and Boston “A-lister” Les Harris Jr. on drums. The musicians often weaves styles of folk, bluegrass, rock and jazz together.
