PORTLAND — St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Lewiston has announced New England Foot and Ankle Specialists is joining their Center for Orthopaedics.
One of the highly respected and well-known foot and ankle specialists in the country, Dr. Gregory Pomeroy is excited to join the St. Mary’s team, according to a news release from the organization. Pomeroy will be joined by physicians Jessica Faught and Lanny Rudner, along with current staff members.

Under Pomeroy’s direction, the physicians and staff have conducted thousands of successful foot and ankle procedures, including more total ankle reconstructions than any other practice in New England. They have extensive experience in treating trauma, sports medicine injuries, heel pain, arthritis, limb salvage and deformities. They always operate under the belief that patient education, compassion and respect are vital to overall healing.
The list of services includes flat foot deformities, ankle instability, sports injuries, high arch deformities, sprains and strains, Charcot deformity correction, heel pain, fracture and trauma management, soft tissue masses, tendonitis, OCD, athritis of the foot and ankle, total ankle replacements, bunion deformities, hammer toe deformities and tendon ruptures.
