NORWAY — St. Catherine of Sienna and Christ Episcopal churces are joining to host a free Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 23, Thanksgiving Day.
Those attending will be served roast turkey with dressing, mashed potatoes, squash and several other traditional vegetables, served family-style, by a friendly waitstaff.
Following the main course, there will be a choice of home-made pies.
The dinner will be served in the parish center at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, 32 Paris St. There is plenty of parking behind the church on Beal Street. Guests will be seated by the host or hostess at the door and dinner will begin with at noon. This dinner is made possible by monetary and food donations made by the members of both churches. To help get an approximate count of the number of attendees, people who plan to attend the dinner are asked to call St. Catherine of Sienna Church at 207-743-2606.
