NAPLES — Mark 9 a.m. Feb. 1 on your calendar to register for your favorite family campsite at Sebago Lake State Park and all group campsites at all the state park campgrounds.
For Sebago Lake State Park family camping, you may register online at www.maine.gov/dacf/parks/camping/index.shtml or by calling 800-332-1501 from in Maine or from outside Maine, 207-624-9950.
For group camping of seven or more people you must contact the specific campground. You can find a map of the campgrounds including phone numbers at www.maine.gov/dacf/parks/camping/campground_maps.shtml.
At 9 a.m. on Feb. 6 reservations for all 12 of the state park family camping sites will open, and you can register online or by phone as above.
Do not transport firewood more than 50 miles, even within Maine. Don’t spread pests. Buy local!
