AUBURN — The Maggie Trafton Authors for Young Readers series will host Maine authors Liza Gardner Walsh and Hazel Mitchell at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, in the Androscoggin Community Room.
The authors will present a joint program “Illustrated Rhymes.”
The authors will discuss how to create a world through writing and illustrations. Focusing on their recent books, “Where Do Fairies Go When It Snows?” and “Do Fairies Bring the Spring?”
They also will discuss the importance of questions, nature and fairies. The program is free. Stop by or call the library to get free tickets, 207-333-6640 ext. 3.
