NORWAY — Stephens Memorial Hospital will offer “EZ Defense Phase 1 – Self Defense Training” class from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, in the Harper Conference Center of the Ripley medical office building, 193 Main St.
Marty Petrovich from Maine Kyokushin Karate, with over 35 years of experience in the martial arts, will lead the class.
