LEWISTON — Uplift LA will host the Lewiston-Auburn Merger Forum to provide information for those who live, work and play in the Lewiston-Auburn area, as well as the general public, to hear both sides of the upcoming election question regarding the merger of Lewiston and Auburn into one city.
The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 3, in the performance hall at the Gendron Franco Center, 46 Cedar St. Doors will open at 5 p.m., and the forum will start promptly at 5:30 p.m. with forum moderator Matthew Shaw. Matt Leonard will be representing the Coalition to Oppose Lewiston-Auburn Consolidation, and Kristy Phinney will be representing One LA. This forum is free and open to the public. There will be audience interaction through event text polling.
