VIENNA — A program, “The White Lions of South Africa,” will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, at the Vienna Grange Hall. The program, co-sponsored by the Dr. Shaw Memorial Library and the Vienna Grange, will include a brief film, “Return of the White Lion,” by Ruby Rubin, who also will show pictures of her own time spent in South Africa. She will talk about her experiences there with the animals, and will lead an open discussion and question and answer period. Refreshments will be served.
