East Sumner church hosting two August suppers

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will host a community supper and a beanhole supper in August. The community supper will be at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5.

The menu will feature pulled pork, coleslaw, dessert, coffee and punch, as well as a raffle of baked goods and household items. Proceeds benefit the outreach mission of the church.
Donations will be accepted for the meal.
The beanhole public supper will be at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 26, at the church.
Beans, salad, dessert, coffee and punch, as well as a raffle of baked goods and household goods will be available for sale.
The church is at 50 Main St., Route 219, in East Sumner.
