SOUTH PARIS — The Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce has chosen McLaughlin Garden & Homestead, 97 Main St., as its May Business of the Month.
Each month, the chamber honors and recognizes a member based on specific criteria.
In May, McLaughlin Garden & Homestead kicked off its 20th season and also unveiled master plan for the property, which will uphold its mission of bringing natural beauty and history into people’s lives. The McLaughlin Garden & Homestead is open seven days a week from May 12 through Oct. 31, from dawn to dusk. The gift shop, historic home and barn are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday during the season.
The chamber will make a charitable donation on behalf of the business of the month to the “Feeding Oxford Hills” initiative or Rightstart’s Christmas for Kids and Teens programs. The May donation of $250 will be given to the Viking Family Food Pantry.
