Augusta Fuel is city Little League champion

In the final game of a best-of three-series, Augusta Fuel Company defeated Damon’s Pizzas & Italians to become the city’s Little League Majors Division Championship Thursday, June 22, marking the end of the Augusta Little League season. AFC trailed by seven runs in the first inning before rallying back for an 11-10 win. AFC finished the year with 11 wins and four losses.
