AAH in collaboration with Hannaford Pharmacy in Winthrop will be hosting a flu/Covid Clinic Forms will be available
in the Center and electronically. Just let me know if you would like me to send you a form. The time frame will be from
10:00-1:00 on October 6th at the pharmacy.
Don and Trudy Hanson will share their wonderful experiences as Trail Angels for the Appalachian Trail (AT) on October 20th at
9:30. Trail Angels are anyone who helps hikers, particularly section or thru-hikers, on various trails. Their experiences over the last
two summers include “slack packing”, shuttling, and feeding hikers on the AT in Maine.
Attorney Dan Eccher will join us to discuss Trusts and Wills on October 22nd. Please join us for lunch at 12:00. Attorney Eccher
will begin at 12:30.
Continuing in our series of outstanding Maine musicians, on October 18 at 2:00, Paddy Mills comes to the Aging At Home Center
in Fellowship Hall at the Wayne Community Church. Paddy Mills is a Maine folk singer and songwriter whose music carries the
salt air of the North Atlantic and the stories of the people who live by.
Music and Poetry Circle will continue with music, poetry and song on Thursdays at 6:30. Please join us.
The monthly Short Story Supper is Tuesday, October 27th at 5:30. Join us for a short story discussion and potluck supper. Bring a
small dish to share. The story is attached below and a paper copy is available in the Center.

Exploration with Watercolor Paint will continue on Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:30. Join us if you would like to play around with watercolor
art creations. All supplies will be available. Many thanks for Anne Thompson’s help with this program.
