The LA Metro Chamber will bring back Taste the Harvest on Wednesday, September 30, transforming Lisbon Street and Dufresne Plaza in downtown Lewiston into an evening of food, music, and fall fun.
From 4 to 7 p.m., attendees can sample dishes from eight local food businesses, enjoy music and hands-on activities, browse local vendors, gather around fire pits, take photos, and more. Families are invited to make an evening of it, with entertainment and activities for all ages. Guests 21 and older can also visit the Beverage Garden featuring seasonal favorites.
This year’s participating food businesses include The Blue Feather, KP’s Place, The Pub at Baxter, Nonesuch River Brewing, 84 Court, Mogadishu Store, Cozy Fox Bakery, and Forage Market, with offerings ranging from Maine chowder and smoked salmon to sambusas, sliders, pumpkin treats, apple cider, and seasonal sweets.
Admission is FREE, and guests can purchase Tasting Punch Cards to sample the food. Cards are available in advance or at the event for $10 for two punches, $20 for four, or $40 for eight. Each punch can be redeemed for one tasting from a participating food business.
