Main Office Closed Wednesday, June 10 & 24
This is a reminder that the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife’s Augusta headquarters will be closed to walk-in services tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10, due to temporary staffing shortages.
We also have an update regarding our previously announced closure schedule. The walk-in service closure originally planned for Wednesday, June 17 has been moved to Wednesday, June 24. With the Juneteenth holiday creating an already shortened work week, we have decided to keep walk-in services available on June 17.

As a reminder, our staff will still be available to assist customers by phone at (207) 287-8000, and many services can be completed online at mefishwildlife.com, including hunting and fishing license purchases and boat or ATV registration renewals.
