The featured speaker at the River Valley Rotary Club Fellowship luncheon held Monday, November 25 at the HOPE ASSOCIATION was Shannon Glover director of the local food pantry
Several Rotary members and guests donated non perishable food to the Old School Pantry at the weekly Rotary Club meeting.
Rotary member of the Day Catherine Ross introduced fellow Rotary member Shannon.
Shannon who spoke of the local Food Bank Program. And the urgent needs for local families coming into the holidays.

The pantry is now located in the neighboring Town of Mexico, ME, which provided rent-free space for the operation.

The pantry serves all residents of the River Valley area with no income restrictions. Visitors can access the full pantry once a month but can get fresh produce weekly.
