Western Maine Play Museum Announces Matching Challenge Thanks to Generous Community Donor
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wilton, Maine (October 1, 2024) – The Western Maine Play Museum (WMPM) is thrilled to announce a generous matching challenge from local community members Chris & Andy Cook. The Cook’s, whose grandchildren are museum members and frequent visitors, has pledged to match all donations up to $10,000 made between now and December 31, 2024.
“The Western Maine Play Museum is a vital resource for our community,” says Chris & Andy Cook. “I’ve seen firsthand the joy and learning that takes place within its walls, and I believe in the importance of play in fostering early learning in young children. I’m excited to double the impact of every donation made to the museum during this critical time.”
