Mingo Springs 2024 Club Championship Tournament
Mingo Springs held its annual Club Championship tournament where the participants competed in two days of eighteen holes of golf. Many enjoyed the nail-biting tournament as the sun shined brightly on the course throughout the entire weekend. The early morning tee times met with dew kissed fairways making morning play less forgiving than afternoon play as the course dried out. The greens were fast and true as the pins were strategically placed in challenging positions. You could hear the sigh of relief with every holed putt. Some even jumped for joy when hearing that little white ball hit the bottom of the cup. For me, I was simply happy not to throw up from nerves. Yes, it was a weekend filled with emotions, fun and celebrations, the thrill of the win and the agony of defeat. You gotta love this game and the people that you get the privilege to play golf with and quickly call your friend.
