Gavin Holbrook achieves highest rank

TURNER- On Saturday, April 13th, 2024, 18-year-old Gavin Holbrook, of Scout Troop 187 in Turner, Maine achieved something only 6% of Scouts ever achieve, the rank of Eagle Scout.   Gavin’s Court of Honor was held at Camp William Hinds in Raymond, Maine. On this special day, Gavin’s fellow troop mates, family and friends gathered to celebrate his great achievement. Gavin also received several other honors from the Town of Turner, The American Legion and the Maine House and Senate.
