“The Monmouth Memorial School Student Government will be hosting a Stuff the Bus Community Food Drive for The Cottrell-Taylor Holiday Baskets. The Food drive will be on Friday, December 1st from 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Monmouth Memorial School. Last year, Monmouth schools along with our community collected almost 4,000 items and provided many families with food for the holidays. We are looking for the following items to be donated: peanut butter, crackers, canned vegetables and fruit, cake/cookie/brownie mixes, mac & cheese, canned spaghetti sauce, pasta, cereal, rice, granola or fruit bars, jello or pudding mix. Please do not bring anything perishable, expired, damaged or in glass containers. Monetary donations will also be accepted. 100% of the food donated will support the Cottrell Taylor Foundation’s Holiday Baskets and any additional food items will go to Monmouth’s local food pantries. Thank you for supporting this great cause to help people in need.”
