November 15 – Otisfield -Community Thanksgiving “Lunch”, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Community Hall, 292 Route 121, Otisfield, Roasted turkey with gravy and stuffing, Mashed potatoes, Squash, Cranberry sauce, Rolls and Pies for dessert.  The meal is offered free, but donations keep it going.

November 17-19, 24-26 – Waterville – Alfond Youth & Community Center and Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce combine efforts to present Festival of Trees this holiday season, continuing a proud tradition reinvigorated last season, with a change of venue to the Waterville Elks Lodge.

November 18 – Hallowell-Christmas Fair, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Cox Memorial United Methodist Church, 29 Middle Street, Hallowell.

November 18 – Jay- St. Rose of Lima Christmas Fair, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., St. Rose Community Center, 1 Church St., Jay, raffle corner, cookie walk, candy booth, turkey pot pie and fish chowder served for lunch and sold throughout the day.

November 23 – Norway – Turkey Trot 4 Hope 4 Mile Run and 1 Mile Walk/Run, 9 a.m., Norway Fire Station, 19 Danforth Street, Norway, register individually or as a team at raceroster.com/78857, Oxford County students K-12 can register for FREE.

November 24,25,26 – South Paris – Glittering lights, magical displays, fantastic sounds of the holiday…this is what you can expect at the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce 12th Annual Festival of Trees.
