WINTHROP – Winthrop Workspace is Winthrop’s growing co-working community. Located at 357B Main St., we offer a great alternative to working from the kitchen table, couch or coffee shop.
We invite you to join like-minded entrepreneurs, freelancers, and telecommuters in a welcoming, professional setting.
All memberships include electronic access card for 24/7 access, high speed internet access, (wi-fi and wired), use of printer/copier/fax, use of kitchen area, use of meeting area, an account with scheduling software to reserve space, and priority access to Tech Coach Linda.
Shared desk members reserve their space, selecting either a cubicle or open desk for the day. The cubicles are 5’x5’, with a 5’x2’ work surface, and include an external monitor. The open desks are electronic sit/stand desks and are equipped with dual monitors, keyboard, and mouse available via a dock that connects with a USB-C 3.0 cable.
There are several membership options available, based on the required number of days. For an entrepreneur who only needs an office one day a week, Basic Membership, providing 5 days per month, is only $75. This option is also ideal for a remote worker that needs an alternate space for a week, perhaps during a school vacation or when relatives are visiting from out of town!
Those who need two or three days a week, but not every day, choose Regular Membership. This option provides 10 days per month, and is available for $140/month, less than $15/day. This has proven to be a popular option.
Premium Membership works well for someone who works remotely full time and does not want to work from the kitchen table. This option, available for $275/month, provides unlimited days of shared desk access.
There are a limited number of Dedicated Space Memberships available. As a Dedicated Space member, bring your own photos, printers, plants, filing cabinets etc. and make yourself at home.
Once you’re a member, simply bring your laptop, let yourself in by swiping your access card, and make yourself comfortable in the space you’ve reserved. We look forward to having you be a part of our co-working community.
