Singer, songwriter Buffalo Nichols guest at BAAM events Dec. 8, 9

BETHEL – Singer and songwriter Buffalo Nichols will be the guest at two Bethel Area Arts and Music events Dec. 8 and 9.
On Thursday, Dec. 8, Nichols will join BAAM’s monthly Youth Open Stage.
Nichols will offer feedback and support to young performers hoping to learn how to perform on stage with confidence. The event is open to anyone 5 to 30 years old, who are invited to bring an instrument, their dancing shoes or their voice. All talents and types of performance are welcome, and the event is free for both performers and the audience.
Sign-ups begin at 5:30 p.m., with performances from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at The Gem, 48 Cross St.
Nichols will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the Gem. Admission is pay what you can, with proceeds benefiting BAAM programming.
