LEWISTON – Tri-County Mental Health Services has welcomed Ernestine Perreault as a substance use disorder program manager.
Perreault joins TCMHS with extensive experience providing substance misuse and behavioral health care services to veterans and Mainers struggling with addiction.
She began her career as a mental health and substance abuse specialist with the U.S. Air Force. She was program director with the Shalom House/Blanchard House in Portland, a long-term group home, working with men with schizophrenia, as well as program director with Wellspring Women’s House, a six-month halfway house for women in Bangor.
“Ernestine is an excellent addition to our senior leadership team,” Catherine Ryder, CEO,said. “We look forward to working closely with her as we enhance the menu of substance misuse services that TCMHS offers across our communities. We are especially excited about our boots on the ground initiatives and our work at Androscoggin County Jail. “
