Colonial racism is Wabanaki Voices topic June 9

SKOWHEGAN – Darren Ranco will be the guest speaker in the Tuesday, June 9, presentation of the Wabanaki Voices Speaker Series sponsored by Skowhegan History House.
Ranco, a member of the Penobscot Nation, will speak on “Major Episodes of Colonial Racism in Maine State Indian History and Policy,” 7 p.m. at Tewksbury Hall, Weston Avenue, behind the Federated Church on the island.
