NORWAY — The 18th annual Maine Hardy Plant Sale at First Universalist Church of Norway will take place 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 4, at the church, 479 Main St.
The sale will feature a wide array of Maine hardy indoor and outdoor plants, including vegetable seedlings, herbs, choices of mature perennials and annuals for flower gardens, gardening books, and garden ornaments. The timing of the sale is perfect. The first week in June is just right for planting in Maine.
Lyn Bell is organizer of this year’s sale. Proceeds will benefit Save the Belfry and other programs of the First Universalist Church of Norway.
