GARDINER — The Boys & Girls Club of the Kennebec Valley is holding an Easter-themed fundraiser on Saturday and Sunday April 9 and 10, in the clubhouse, at 14 Pray St.
Money raised will support the Great Futures Campaign for program supplies and equipment for the new clubhouse.
The Eggstravaganza Easter Basket Raffle will feature an enchanted garden, a special appearance by the Easter Bunny as well as more 70 Easter basets donated by local individuals and businesses.
The Easter Bunny will be in attendance from 10 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday.
“The Club is excited to host this fun community event for the whole family, especially after having to take a hiatus due to the pandemic,” Nicole Cooley, BGKCV development director, said. “This will be one of our last community events in the current Clubhouse at 14 Pray Street and we hope you will join us. All the proceeds from this event will support necessary program supplies we will need in our new clubhouse.”
