CANTON, N.Y. — Stephanie L. Nicols, of Rumford, Maine, has been inducted into St. Lawrence University’s chapter of the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society for being an outstanding college student-athlete who excels in the classroom, in her sport and in the community.
Students are nominated for inclusion in this society by their head coaches for their contributions to their team, for their moral character, and for having achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
Nicols is a member of the class of 2022 and is majoring in sociology. She attended Gould Academy and is a member of the nordic skiing team at St. Lawrence University.
