Waterville’s Kringleville will be virtual this year

WATERVILLE – Kringleville is going virtual this year, with weekend chats by appointment with Santa and Mrs. Claus, as well as storytime and more on the Kringleville Facebook page.
Friends of Kringleville will reserve time slots for virtual live chats from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. There will also be one weeknight available for those who can’t participate on weekends.
Songs, dancing, recipes and other events will be available on the Kringleville Facebook page. While there will be no Parade of Lights, businesses and individuals are encouraged to decorate their property with holiday lights to be included on a large holiday map. Santa and Mrs. Claus will drive to each home participating and make a special visit to the Light Up the Town Winner.
Kringleville 2020 Christmas ornaments will also be available throughout the city, with proceeds going to the Children’s Discovery Museum and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Businesses that would like to contribute to the success of Kringleville may contact Amarinda Keys at The Children’s Discovery Museum, amarinda@childrensdiscoverymuseum.org.
