Waterville Fire Dept. topic of Oct. 10 historical society talk

WATERVILLE — The Waterville Historical Society’s October talk will feature Scott Holst, who will discuss the history of the Waterville Fire Department.
The talk will take place at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Redington Museum, 62 Silver St.
Holst, a lieutenant in the department, has been a fireman in Waterville for 25 years and has researched the history of this group, publishing his findings in 2015. And he is still researching.
