RUMFORD — Local pet adoption groups will host animal adoptions, a pet supplies drive and more at Out Here with Animals on from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at Tractor Supply, 142 Valley Circle.
4-H will be on site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Kozy Kennels will be on site from 8 a.m. to noon.
Tractor Supply is accepting new sealed food, toys, cleaning supplies and other essential pet accessories such as beds, scratching posts, leashes and bowls to be donated to Rumford rescues and shelters throughout the month.
