State Rep. Margaret Craven, D-Lewiston, welcomed the family of Armand E. Cote to the State House May 16 for Franco-American Day. The family was greeted by the entire Legislature, and Cote, of Lisbon Falls, who died in January at age 89, was inducted posthumously into the Franco-American Hall of Fame.
