WATERVILLE — A getaway to Round Pond and Belgrade are among the prizes at the annual May Day Auction to benefit Northern Light Continuing Care- Lakewood, on Thursday, May 9.
The auction is from 6 to 8 p.m. on the Inland Hospital campus, Kennedy Memorial Drive.
Proceeds from the auction fund Lakewood residents’ overnight summer trips to Belfast, where they are able to take in the warm breezes and enjoy the views of the Maine coast. A portion of the money raised also supports the Residents Activity Endowment Fund and other needs at Lakewood.
There’s no admission charge.
