WATERVILLE — The city recently hosted another magical season of Kringleville, with many special guests stopping by to visit with Santa, such as Elsa from “Frozen,” two bunny rabbits, multiple mini Santas and numerous elves-in-training.
This season saw people of all ages and all walks of life — from near and far — visiting Kringleville, organizers said.Additionally, Kringleville’s new mascot — Keiki Katie –helped bring in cash donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Kringleville continues with the support of the Children’s Discovery Museum, led by Amarinda Keys.
Judging by the size of the crowds, Kringleville continues to grow in popularity, with many visitors saying it was “worth the wait” to meet and greet Santa and Mrs. Claus, and the hot chocolate station is always a hit with those in line.
The parade of lights takes place annually the day after Thanksgiving, marking the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus.
