WATERVILLE — Waterville Public Library is holding Camp Code for kids 9 to 14 who want to learn more about tech.
The sessions are from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays, beginning Nov. 17, and continuing Dec. 1, 8 and 15.
The camp is free, and for kids who want to learn how Minecraft, iPads and Google are made. Each week they will learn how to turn ideas into reality, with languages like Python and Scratch. Kids who are new to tech and want to learn some basics are welcome, as are tech veterans who want some guidance on how to make their code more elegant.
It’s not necessary to attend every session to participate.
